This product is currently out of stock and unavailable.

WHISTLEPIG Straight Rye Whiskey 15 Year is an exceptional expression of WhistlePig’s dedication to high-quality rye whiskey. This whiskey is made with 100% rye and aged for 15 years. A distinctive feature is its finishing in barrels made from Vermont white oak, sustainably harvested from WhistlePig’s own farm. This Vermont oak, with its denser growth rings due to harsh winters and a short growing season, is said to impart unique and deep flavors to the whiskey. Bottled at 92 proof (46% ABV), this whiskey offers a rich and complex tasting experience, with dominant notes of caramel, vanilla, and oak, along with hints of allspice and burnt orange on the nose. On the palate, warm and rich flavors of butterscotch and baking spices are perceived, with touches of leather and tobacco. The finish is ultra-long, rich, warm, and inviting.
