Returns Policy for Online Orders
Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that this return policy applies exclusively to online orders completed on our e-commerce website. A separate Refund/Returns Policy governs transactions made at our retail stores.
Policy Overview
In compliance with Florida law, Mega Wine & Spirits does not accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages. Items purchased through third-party delivery platforms (UberEats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Instacart) must be addressed directly with the respective provider. We reserve the right to deny any return or refund in accordance with this policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their order upon receipt and must immediately report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to our customer service team for resolution.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders, personalized gift baskets, and engraved items). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Refund Process
