Returns Policy for Online Orders

Thank you for shopping with us. Please note that this return policy applies exclusively to online orders completed on our e-commerce website. A separate Refund/Returns Policy governs transactions made at our retail stores.

Policy Overview

We provide a 30-day return policy for online orders. Customers may request a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receiving the purchased item.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, unopened or unused, with all tags intact and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is mandatory for processing returns.

Procedure for Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service department via email at [email protected] or by telephone at +1 (786) 373-3026.

Upon acceptance of the return request, a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send the package will be provided. Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Customers are required to inspect their order upon receipt and must immediately report any defective, damaged, or incorrect items to our customer service team for resolution.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods and custom products (such as special orders, personalized gift baskets, and engraved items). Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. For specific inquiries regarding item eligibility, please contact customer service.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For merchandise shipped to the European Union, customers are entitled to cancel or return their order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in its original condition, unopened or unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify the customer of the approval status of their refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and credited to the original payment method. Processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary.
