Every bottle of Tequila Corazón is made from 100% Blue Agave harvested by hand in Los Altos de Jalisco, Mexico. Expert craftsmen and women at the renowned Casa San Matías distillery employ time-honored distilling traditions to produce a tequila of superb quality. Applying state-of-the-art expertise, the tequila progresses through a second distillation and controlled oxygenation. While Añejo tequila is required to be aged for at least 12 months, our Añejo rests in hand-selected oak barrels for 16 to 18 months until judged perfect. Corazón Añejo is a full-bodied tequila with flavors of cooked agave, vanilla, and caramel with a lush finish.
