Select fruit from 60 individual Chardonnay lots are blended together to create a wine profile that is deliciously complex and full-bodied with aromas of pear, white peach, vanilla, orange blossom and buttercream. Gently destemmed, pressed and sur lie aged in French oak with biweekly stirring until blending, this wine's rich flavors of apple, apricot, baking spices, and hazelnut are complemented by toasted oak notes on the creamy lingering finish.
