Winemaking - The night harvest helps increase and maintain quality because it preserves the fruit and its fresh aroma. Pressing is done at a low pressure to control the extraction of the best juices. «Tête de cuvée» mention, which means this wine is made exclusively with first press juices. Then they are clarified and fermented at regulated temperature.

• Nose : lemonnotes, freshness, citrus fruits.
• Palate: a fruity and fresh mouth feel given by Grenache from our properties and harvested at perfect maturity. Opening with a nice minerality. The salty side of this wine expresses itself with great purity, straight and structure.

Food Pairings - Pink Flamingo Gris de Gris complements with a wide range of seafood. For cheese lovers, this wine also complements with goat cheese and old Comté. Very enjoyable with creamy and fruity dessert as well.

The Flamingo pattern design on the bottle was created by Catalina Estrada, Colombian illustrator based in Barcelona since 1999 who has managed to reinterpret the Latin American folklore with its original strength to make it bloom in deep harmony and simplicity. Her impressive and cheerful visual language, infectiously optimistic, with thousands of colors, and with all the power of nature, goes beyond borders.
