"Aliwen" Cabernet Sauvignon / Carmenere Reserva - elegant, charming red wine that blends in well with meat dishes, poultry and cheeses. It is made from a blend of two grapes grown in vineyards in the Rapel Valley. Crop is harvested by hand, then the berries are carefully selected and carefully press. Fermentation takes place in tanks of stainless steel filled with 80% to increase the contact area with the skin of the juice. At the end of malolactic fermentation, each grape variety is aged separately for 9 months in barrels of American and French oak. After aging, the wine blended and bottled.
