This rum is a blend of select rums, aged for a minimum of 21 years in American bourbon barrels. It is distinguished by its delicate, sweet, and intricately enjoyable flavor profile. On the nose, it reveals notes of tea, moist dates, subtle hints of allspice, caramelized honey, soft wood spice, leather, and tobacco. On the palate, all these aromas come through with incredible acumen, evolving to include maple-glazed brown bread, clove, cinnamon, butterscotch, and nutmeg.
