Jean Fillioux XO Grande Reserve is an exquisite Cognac from the Grande Champagne region, the premier cru of Cognac in France. This XO (Extra Old) expression is a testament to the Fillioux family’s dedication to crafting exceptional Cognac for over a century. It is believed that the eaux-de-vie in this blend have been aged for over 30 years, resulting in a complex and deeply flavorful spirit. Expect a rich and harmonious bouquet with notes of dried fruits, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle floral hints, evolving into a palate with flavors of candied orange peel, dried apricots, ripe plums, honey, leather, and tobacco, culminating in a long and warming finish with lingering dried fruit and spice notes.
